With Jorge Bergoglio at the reins as Pope Francis, it feels like a mad old parish priest well past his sell by date is running things. He doesn't care about theology, canon law, doctrine, or the effect his decisions have. He supports and promotes the UN, which has at its' heart a dubious strategy of population control . You may recall the scandal surrounding the strange priest Fr Thomas Rosica from February . Rosica has become notorious for threatening a blogger who dared to question his pro-homosexual agenda. Rosica has been on sabbatical since March for “several months of rest and renewal.” He has now announced he  has resigned as CEO of  Salt & Light  Smoke & Litigation Catholic Media Foundation almost four months after his massive plagiarism became public knowledge. When the scandal first broke, Rosica seemed both to apologise for copying the work of others and to blame interns and others for sending him the quotes without proper attribution. However, as the weeks wore on, it became clear that several of Rosica’s works, including newspaper columns, speeches, and books, were “patch written,” combining passages from several writers, sometimes with words omitted or moved around, which made detection more difficult. Fr Thomas Rosica, the man who has had faithful Catholics scratching their heads since at least 2014 as to how he has managed to be so prominent in the Church under Pope Francis seems to have really come unstuck this time! It's not a massive shock though, is it? I mean there has been gaff after gaff with this man, from threatening to sue Vox Cantoris to making the Synod on the Family all about homosexuality , to interviewing notorious heretics , "anyone with eyes to see" could recognise there is a lot not right with Rosica. The blogs have been drawing attention to this for years, and it is far from surprising to find out definitively that those of us who are hurt enough by men like Rosica's twisting misrepresentation of the Catholic faith to speak out about it have been right all along. Much of the talk among friends is of why God is allowing such a withering time for faithful Catholics. Despite the fact that this is incredibly difficult for all of us, that the faith seems to be daily mocked by those who are supposed to guard, teach and defend the faith, many of us seem to have rather a clear sense that, on some level, this has to happen. The wound needs to be cleansed before it can heal. What is clear is that the scum is really floating to the top. We know who is on what side, the battle lines are drawn ever clearer between those who love the Bride of Christ and those who want to change her into something else. Twitter is buzzing this morning with the latest heretical out-pouring from professional papal tailgater, Fr. Thomas Rosica. You may remember this is the the Vatican spokesman & CEO of Canadian Salt & Light TV , who seems unable to avoid embroiling himself in what can best be described as embarrassing polemics. He infamously made a legal threat against a small part-time blogger who wants to defend Church teaching.  He has a long record of dodgy pronouncements and quasi-theology (for another example see here ) but these are the men Pope Francis chooses to speak for him. Further to the revelations regarding Fr. Thomas Rosica's legal threat to a Catholic Blogger , here are some more details to consider. I have written and posted this because I believe this is very important. It is important because it reveals a very dangerous agenda in the light of the forthcoming Synod - which is what many people have suspected - namely that what Rosica and his fellow travellers are planning is a change in doctrine and morals (and not "mere pastoral practice"). Thomas Rosica , the Vatican spokesman & CEO of Canadian Salt & Light TV , who seems unable to avoid embroiling himself in what can best be described as embarrassing polemics.
